The Airport Fire Brigade at Münster/Osnabrück Airport consists of a combination of full-time and part-time employees. An Airport Fire Brigade has to meet the same requirements as public fire brigades regarding structure, equipment, performance and training. Its duties are fire-fighting, technical support, especially for aircraft, and the rescue service. At present the staff consists of 36 full-time employees and 55 part-time employees.
