The check-in counters open for all airlines two hours before the scheduled departure.
Please have your flight booking, your identity card or passport, and a visa (if required for entry) ready for check-in. This will help our staff to complete the process as quickly as possible and without stress.
Important: Before your departure, find out about any additional documents you may need, such as those related to Corona entry requirements.
The website of the German Foreign Office, which is always up to date, is helpful in gathering information.
Hand luggage and free luggage: Please inform yourself about the respective luggage regulations at your travel agency or directly at the airline before departure.
Excess baggage: Baggage items whose weight exceeds the baggage allowance, as well as special baggage (e.g. bicycle, surfboard, ski or golf equipment) can be checked in at the bulky baggage counter. Please note that additional costs (depending on booking class) will be incurred by the airline.
Traveling with the pet: Please urgently inform yourself about the respective conditions of carriage of the airline with which you have booked your flights. Are you traveling to the European Union with a pet? Please note the following conditions.
If you have landed at FMO and your luggage has not been transported, please contact our Lost & Found counter while still on site. The counter is located directly in the area of the arrivals and baggage conveyor. If you notice later that your luggage is damaged or not complete, please contact us:

Save even more time with online check-in! Many airlines already offer self online check-in 24-72 hours before the scheduled departure. This gives you the opportunity to enter all important information and data at your leisure from home and print out your boarding pass.
Once you have your boarding pass in your hand, everything has gone smoothly and you can check in your baggage (if any) before departure and proceed directly through the security check to the waiting area.
